Following A Dream

Arpita Mehta has an academic background in science. However, since school days she clearly had an affinity towards fashion designing. After appearing for several All India Engineering & Medical Exams, she took the bold step to pursue her love for all things fashion and founded her own fashion label. Soon, her parents saw how immensely talented Arpita was and they gave her all the support she needed. The rest as they say is history.

Accounts and Tax being a Complete Mess

Being a creative person, Arpita was new to the world of bookkeeping and compliances. She soon realised, her books were in a complete mess.

“I began looking for professionals to whom these functions could be outsourced to. I heard of Savage & Palmer from a friend and that was the start of a blossoming relationship.”

Challenges

Working with her previous CA was an unpleasant experience.

“I had to personally review all the data and was at the mercy of my CA at the time of tax filings.
Controlling my accounts and profitability had become a nightmare. I was not able to focus on allowing my creative juices to flow which was my forte.”

Saving Time, Money & Efforts

“The Savage & Palmer team with their robust processes have brought about a lot of value addition. Be it their implementation of accounting & taxation systems, timely quality checks, payroll management and strategic insights through financial reporting, Savage & Palmer is and will be my only go-to accountants. After all, it’s a accrual world.”
