What are the different models of accounting services you offer?

  • Fully Managed Service (FMS): There will be a 2 layered team given to you. The first layer will be an Accounts Executive who will be helping you out with your Data Entry and Bank Reconciliation. The second layer will be an Accounts Manager who will review the books of accounts, and once satisfied, will proceed with your tax filings and give you your monthly MIS Reports.
  • Review and Reporting (RR): This is an ideal model when you have an existing accounts team and need someone to review the books to ensure the quality. A remote Accounts Manager will be reviewing the work of your team, file your taxes and give you monthly MIS Reports.
  • Professional Staffing: If you already have a full-fledged team and need an additional resource without having to go through the hassle of hiring and training, then Professional Staffing is something that we could help you out with.

How are you better than a CA firm?

  1. We don’t have a very traditional approach and are extremely customer-centric
  2. CA firms are more focused on tax filings and audit hence do not focus on maintaining your books and data entry
  3. We share reports with our clients on a monthly basis so that they have full visibility over their finances

How are you better than an In- house team?

What is the difference between a Dedicated and a Shared Resource?

A dedicated resource (or a full-time accounts executive) will cost you somewhere between Rs 25,000 – Rs 30,000 per month based on the level of seniority required. The cost of a shared resource (or a part-time accountant) will depend on the number of hours the accountant is dedicated to working on your company accounts. Our in-house technical team would be able to help you decide that. 

What is the difference between the Onsite and the Remote way of working?

An onsite and remote model differs very little in cost. The only charges additional in an onsite model would be the travel charges if the office of the client is more than 10 minutes away from the nearest railway station. 

How will you track my company’s compliances?

We have a recurring checklist that allows us to track all compliances applicable to you and ensure that our team is filing your compliances on time. We also ensure that we send updates to you on a fortnightly basis, on what compliances are pending.

What is the cost of this service?

We start as low as Rs 5,000 + GST per month for our Fully Managed Service. It completely depends on the volume of transactions and the  accounting software in use.

 

 

 

Why should I take this service?

  1. Your accountant would not have to follow up with the debtors in a haphazard manner and can focus on maintaining your books of accounts.
  2. We use technology to our advantage and follow up via Calls, Emails, and even WhatsApp messages. 
  3. We would be generating reports daily to keep you updated on:

a) How much money has been collected till date

b) How much is pending and when it would be received 

c) Any escalations which may come up

Do you guarantee a certain Percentage of collection per month?

Since this is a process-driven service, we apply the same matrix of follow-up that has been successful over time. There are a lot of external factors that affect collections hence we can not guarantee the percentage collected. However, we have seen a success rate of upto 80%.

What is the frequency of the follow-up done by your team? 

There will be a predefined frequency based on the volume of your data. It is also depends on the credit period that you have with your clients.

How do you ensure data confidentiality?

Data confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. We have a confidentiality clause in all our agreements and we would be more than happy to sign an NDA. We have worked with 1,500 clients over the past few years and all of them have trusted us with their data.

How does the costing work? 

There is a fixed cost and a variable cost to our service. The monthly commercials are Rs. 7,000 (Fixed) + Rs 100 (per active debtor) + GST. Eg: If in a particular month we have to follow up with 10 debtors, then the commercials for that month would be Rs 7,000 + (100* 10) = Rs 8,000 + GST.

 

How does the Recruitment process work?

  1. Once the agreement is signed, we will have a recruitment  team allocated to you for your requirement(s)
  2. We will then, look for the relevant resource based on your job description shared
  3. We will do an initial screening of candidates and the qualified ones will be sent to you.
  4. Once you have selected the candidate he/she will join after completing all the joining formlities and start working with you! 

What if I don’t like the candidate recruited? 

We would be more than happy to replace the candidate the first time within one month of joining, free of cost! 

What are your charges?

Our prices are 8.33% of the annual CTC of the candidate recruited. 

 

What is the difference between a Full Service and a Self Service Model? 

A Full-Service Payroll Model is when the entire payroll functions are outsourced to us. There will be a dedicated Account Manager allotted to your company and along with the filing of PF ESIC, we will also be taking care of employee benefits. 

A Self Service Payroll model is when you get the backend access to the software and will be in charge of regularising the attendance of your company. A template will also be given to automatically calculate the PF and ESIC.  

Can you help me with all my payroll compliances?

Yes! We have a “Full-Service Model” where an Account Manager is dedicated to your company who will ensure end-to-end payroll processing. This would also include tracing the various employee benefits, workmen’s compensation, and the filing of PF and ESIC.

Can you help me with offer letters and recruitment?

We do not handle the administrative activities of HR like framing offer letters and conducting interviews. However, we do have templates that come with the software that can give you a general idea of how it is to be framed.

Do I need software if I have less than 10 employees?

A stitch in time saves nine! Today you must have only 10 employees and don’t face any issues with your Payroll. But tomorrow, when you grow, you will have more than 10 employees. Start early and maintain your payroll strategically where we can also guide you on what compliances are needed to be maintained.

Will you help me with the timestamps as to when my employees have entered their workplace?

Our payroll software helps you track your employees through a timestamp and also has a feature of geotagging so that your employees punch in through the app. It is also compatible with a Biometrics system.

What information do you need to to process a company’s payroll?

We would only need information about your employees, the salary and various other details to feed it into the software to provide salary slips at the end of every month. We have a special onboarding manager for this purpose who will help you furnish all the necessary details.
