In a nutshell, your job is to help them hire employees, engage, train & retain them – that means you’ll be overlooking the end to end life cycle of employees within the company.
- End to end recruitment for open positions assigned, i.e., Accounts, Marketing, HR, Ops & Sales roles.(80% of the role)
- Employee Engagement initiatives w.r.t daily corporate communication, quarterly challenges & monthly fun activities
- Organizing and overlooking trainings for departments assigned
- Ad hoc operations tasks assigned as per necessity
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition of at least 1 year preferably in a startup or corporate
- Knowledge on job portals like Naukri.com, Indeed and social media channels like instagram, facebook, etc
- Excellent communication skills and written skills
